Why?
Blaming the drought? Economic conditions? GFC? etc etc??
These are all factors coming from outside the business!
My advice - look in the mirror! The person you see will be at least 80% of the problem.
If you wait for business conditions to get better, you will most likely fail.
You need to change - your goals, how you approach things, systems, customer experience - maybe your culture!
